Today was my 3rd day in a row that I worked out first thing in the morning. I can't wait until I am addicted to it again. If I exercise everyday I don't feel right if I miss my workout, so then it just becomes a habit that I don't like to break. I really do feel better for the whole day when I work out, it gives me more energy and I feel thinner and more toned. For 4 years I worked out everyday with a day off once in a while. I just needed a break from it to remind me why I need to do it, I guess. I never have gotten to the point where I like working out though, I'm just glad when it is over and I did it. The only exercise I really like is taking long walks with someone.
Still organizing and cleaning out my craft room so I can remodel it! I will definitely take pictures when its all done to share.
Tomorrow Gordy, Luke, Al an I are going ice fishing. Hope the fish are biting!

I know what you mean about exercising...I use to really love to work out, but when I messed up my knees that did it for me. I was so upset that I didn't want to do any exercise. So, I ended up gaining all my weight back. I'm trying to enjoy what exercising that the doctor says I can do, but some days I find that I just make myself do it so that I can just get it over.
Hope that you have fun ice fishing and that the fish are biting.
